In the case of part-time students, the dissertation is written and submitted for examination in the second year. Students that have been accepted on the condition that they pass supplementary study-unit/s in the first semester, cannot register for any of the MA study-units taught in the first semester which fall into the study area covered by the supplementary study unit. So if you have been asked to take EST 1022 Law of the Institutions - General Principles of EU Law, this means that you should not register for law study-units from the MA course which take place in the first semester but can register for law study units falling in the second semester. Study-units with less than 5 registered students might not be allowed to start.
