Description of Trade Show The Green Team EXPO is an exhibition to showcase the newest and most innovative sustainable products and services from various interior vendors. The tradeshow will accompany our monthly CEU forum series presentations by a speaker focused on sustainability. 2. Guidelines/Rules This document is the official sign-up form to request a booth at the tradeshow. Vendor booths will consist of an area of approximately 50 SF (30 x 60 table, or equivalent) with 2 chairs. The vendor booth area will be located in the showroom, utilizing the existing furniture. The cost for a booth is outlined in the Fee Schedule below. The cost is non-refundable after October 11th, 2011 unless event is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be contacted to confirm your reservation and submit a payment. Potentially Frequently Asked Questions Does it cost anything to sign up for a booth? Yes, fees are noted below. Space is limited to 20 booths. This form is a call for interest. If your request for a booth is confirmed, you will be asked to submit a non-refundable payment. Will you have a sign for me? No, you are responsible to bring your own signage for your booth. Vendors will have logo recognition on upcoming email correspondence and posters at the event. Do I have to sit at the booth? Yes, the booths should have a contact person readily available from 4pm-7pm. Will there be an open bar and food at the event? There will be a complementary wine and beer and light appetizers provided during the tradeshow. 6. 7. Booth Reservations & Fees Booth Reservation: Please indicate the level and preferred booth number. Refer to attached floor plan for booth locations. We cannot guarantee the booth locations, but will do our best to accommodate your request. All booth reservations are first come, first serve. You will be notified via email of your final booth number. Email form to: greenteam@iidarmc.org Final Booth Payments due Thursday, October 11th. Checks made out to IIDA-RM. Credit card payments have a 5% processing fee added. Website link will be provided after we have confirmed your reservation.
