Some people love talking Some people love acting However, our action speaks louder than our voice ICE [Inter - Culture Exchange] Bali is an international cultural immersion program in Bali. This program will provide an opportunity for all participants to explore and feel the sensation of highcultured customs and traditions in Bali Island. We will be introduced to the Balinese Hindu ceremonies, participating in the preparation of the ceremony at the temple, as well as trying to make offering ornaments called Segehan for ceremony. Traditional art, music and dance will also be a very valuable experience for all participants in understanding local customs. No doubt that cultural and historical tourism in Bali are well-known to the entire nations. Not to mentioned that participants will also enjoy wonderful nature and scenery on the land of paradise. We welcome you to ICE BALI, the wonder land of culture and beauty. THE AIMS OF THE PROGRAM a) Learn the history of Bali and local customs b) Feel and taste the wonder of Bali c) Living in local Balinese environment d) Travel around Bali e) Learn local language f) School involment program PROJECT PERIOD IS... WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE ~ Leadership and team working Youngsters from all over the world will have chance to share ideas and best practices on certain global issues. You will also learn how to work as a team to enhance your leadership sense and skill. ~ Community Service We will visit local school for language exchange, art and culture program. ~ Culture Immersion We will participate in local ceremony in the temple. Hands on activity for making offering ornaments for traditional ceremony will be also conducted. ~ Experience Local Living During the program we will have a chance to visit some preserved local living and villages. We can feel another side of Bali instead of modernity and crowd. The place where we can see the real Bali society. ~ Cultural site visit Many tourism spot we could explore during the program, beaches, temples and also local traditional markets. ELIGIBILITYTY OF APPLICANT... 1. Committed to pay participation fee 2. Must be 18 27 years of age by the application deadline 3. All nationalities 4. Good health (mentally and physically) 5. During the program all participants will be accommodated in a guesthouse. Participant will stay for twin or triple type room. Man and women will have separated room. Special request for HALAL or VEGETARIAN food will be accommodated by early agreement between participants and organizer. PARTICIPATION FEE In order to provide good quality program placement & standard all participants are required to contribute amount of money as the following: Amount Participant 280 Euro Non Indonesian 2.750.000 IDR Indonesian This costs include: - Pick up service in the meeting point - Basic Bahasa Indonesia class - Board and lodging during the program - Meals 3x per day: breakfast, lunch ad dinner - Local transportation on schedule - Cultural program and excursion - Admission ticket for tourism site - Coordinating fee for Cipta Bangsa Foundation - Program management - Local organizer support This fee does NOT include: - Visa cost [for non-indonesian if needed] - Travel insurance - Flight from and to meeting point - Airport drop off in the end of the program - Passport - Personal medication and expenses PAYMENT PROCEDURES ARE... 1. Successful candidate is required to deposit 40% [1.100.000 IDR or 100 Euro] of the total amount participation fee 7 days after final announcement. No payment within this period Cipta Bangsa will automatically remove her/his name from project name list and replace with waiting list candidate. 2. Final payment [1.650.000 IDR or 180 Euro] MUST be completed no later than 30 days prior the project via bank transfer. REFUND PROCESS WILL BE 1. Cancellation request must be clearly stated with an official email 2. Cancellation request after first payment [deposit] will be charged 750.000 IDR or 50 Euro and bank transfer fee 3. Cancellation request after final payment [30 days] prior the project will be charged 1.500.000 IDR or 100 Euro and bank fee transfer 4. Cancellation request within 10 days prior the project will be charge 50% of the total participation fee [1.375.000 IDR or 140 Euro]

Cancellation fee later than 10 days prior the project or NO SHOW participant NO REFUND will be provided [due to booking expenses such board and lodging, local transport and meals] TIMELINE WILL BE...
