Photography Policy Photos and video are permitted during first stage of labor (contractions, not yet pushing) and after the baby has been placed in the family member's arms. Photos/videos are NOT allowed during the pushing stage or during deliveries occurring in the operating room. Photos/videos of the NEWBORN ONLY in the operating room are permitted only after the pediatric/nursing team give the OK. Obstetric or Pediatric care providers always have the right to restrict photography/videography if it is deemed to interfere with patient care. 16
