JOB POSTINGS Create a Job Posting To create a new job posting: 1. From the Desktop, click Create. Select Job Posting for Temporary Worker. 3 of 13 07-29-2013

2. The Create Job Posting page displays. The Select Job Posting Owner name displays. To change the owner, click the down arrow or type the new owner s name. 3. Brief directions with a link to a First Time User s Guide are provided at the top of the page. To view the First Time User s Guide, select the click here link. 4 of 13 07-29-2013

4. There are two tabs available on the Create Job Posting page: Search and Browse. a. The Search tab allows you to find the correct template by using standard web search methods. The Search tab displays the templates recently used. If the desired template is not listed or it is blank, use What type of position or skills are needed? to search. b. To select a template from the list, click the title of the template (Java Developer). The rate/currency displayed to the right is the currency on the Job Posting. To choose the template in another currency, click the blue currency link instead of the title. 5. The Browse tab allows you to Create a Job Posting from a Template or Create a Job Posting by copying another Job Posting. Narrow the view by entering search criteria and clicking Filter. 6. Click the title of the job posting you want to use. 5 of 13 07-29-2013

7. Once the template or existing job posting is selected, the next Create Job Posting page displays. Complete / update all required fields and click Complete Later to save or Continue to go to the next step. Note: Your session times out after 15 minutes of inactivity. 6 of 13 07-29-2013

8. Click Continue, the next Create Job Posting page displays. Complete all required fields. 9. In the Qualifications section, click the Add or remove Qualifications link to update. 10. Enter time and expense sheet settings information in the Time sheet & Expense Sheet Settings section. 7 of 13 07-29-2013

11. In the Accounting section, enter required rates information. View the Spend Calculation for this position. Click Edit to make adjustments to the estimated spend amounts (optional). 12. Enter your adjustment(s) and click Save. 8 of 13 07-29-2013

13. The next sections, Distribution and Attachments, are optional. To add attachments, click the Add Attachments link to upload related documents, such as a full job description. Once finished, click Continue. 14. Review your entire job posting to confirm the information. To edit a section, click Make Changes. 15. Click Submit to submit your job posting. 9 of 13 07-29-2013

16. The Job Posting Next Steps page displays confirming the job posting is submitted. 17. The Progress Status displays the next scheduled activity. The job posting is routed to the Program team and, if applicable, the next approver level where it is approved or rejected. Once approved, it is submitted to your suppliers. 10 of 13 07-29-2013

View Job Posting To view your job postings: 1. From the Desktop, click View. Select Job Posting. 2. The Job Posting List page displays. Click the Job Posting ID link for the posting you want to view. 11 of 13 07-29-2013

3. The Job Posting detail page displays for you to review. Approve Job Posting If a job posting for a contract worker that requires your approval, you receive an email notification asking you to approve the job posting in Fieldglass. To approve a job posting: 1. From the Desktop, click Work Items from the Main Menu bar, select the Approve link under Job Posting. 12 of 13 07-29-2013

2. The Work Items: Job Posting List page displays. Click the Job Posting ID link for the posting you want to view. 3. The Job Posting detail page displays. Click Approve. Reject Job Posting 1. To reject a job posting, follow steps 1 and 2 on the Approve Job Posting details shown above. 2. The Job Posting Detail page displays, click Reject. 13 of 13 07-29-2013
