Approval of the April 17, 2012 Minutes ACTION: Andrew Singer moved to approve the April 17, 2012 meeting minutes. Rayford Riels seconded; motion passed unanimously. II. NEW BUSINESS A. Union County Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan Amendments Ms. Godfrey stated that the Board approved A & A Transport's rates for Transportation Disadvantaged and Medicaid Program at the last Board meeting. She said the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged requested changes to A & A Transport's rates since that meeting. She said the Board needs to review and approve A & A Transport's new rates. ACTION: Rayford Riels moved to approve A & A Transport's new rates for Transportation Disadvantaged and Medicaid Program service. Andrew Singer seconded; motion passed unanimously. B. Bylaws Ms. Godfrey stated that the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged requires that the Board review the Bylaws annually. She said there have been no changes made to the Bylaws. The Board reviewed the Bylaws. ACTION: Kay Tice moved to approve the Board's Bylaws. Andrew Singer seconded; motion passed unanimously. C. Operations Reports The Board reviewed the operations reports. 2 8

Comments 1. ~embers Mr. Andrew Singer asked if A & A Transport denies service to wheelchair passengers if they do not have an accessible residence. Mr. Allen said they will deny service ifthere is no wheelchair ramp for their drivers to safely move passengers from their homes. 2. Citizens Ms. Godfrey announced that, beginning with the next meeting, Board members will receive their meeting packets via email. She said if there are any Board members who want to continue receiving their meeting packets in the mail to let her know. IV.
