Doe 123 Easy Drive New Bern, NC 28000 Mr. Doe: MCIEASTO 5510.3 19 Jul 10 5510 CIG February 4, 2010 On February 1, 2010, you were debarred from Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. This type of behavior is in violation of the good order and discipline within the Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) sub-region and will not be tolerated. Based upon the nature of this offense, I have determined that your presence aboard the greater MCIEAST sub-region is detrimental to the security, good order and discipline of the installations. Accordingly, you are hereby notified, effective immediately upon the receipt of this letter, that you are ordered not to reenter, or be found within the limits of, the United States military reservations at Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina; Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia; Marine Corps Air Facility, Quantico, Virginia; Marine Corps Support Facility, Blount Island, Jacksonville, Florida; and the Marine Corps Air Stations located at New River and Cherry Point, North Carolina and Beaufort, South Carolina. If you are entitled to medical care under the Tri-Care system, the only exception to your debarment is access to emergency medical care at the Naval Hospital. If you require emergency medical care, you must enter and exit the base through the main gate, proceed directly to and from the emergency room, 1 Enclosure (1)

However, if the medical emergency is so acute that you do not have time to check in with military personnel, you will, in all circumstances and as soon as possible, contact the Provost Marshal's Office and notify them of your presence. Should any compelling reason exist which you believe would be sufficient to justify modification of this Order, you should forward such information to the Commanding General, Marine Corps Installations East (Attn: Command Inspector General) for consideration, or contact the Command Inspector General at (910) 451-1850. You are further advised that: "Whoever, within the jurisdiction of the United States, goes upon any military, Naval, or Coast Guard reservation, post, fort, arsenal, yard, station, or installation, for any purpose prohibited by law or lawful regulation;" or "Whoever reenters or is found within any such reservation, post, fort, arsenal, yard, station, or installation after having been removed there from or ordered not to reenter by any officer or person in command or charge thereof" "Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both." (Title 18, U.S. Code 1382) You are further informed that should you reenter or be found within the limits of the United States military reservations in the MCIEAST installations in violation of this Order, you will be subject to apprehension and detention by the military for prompt delivery to appropriate civil authorities. 2 Enclosure (1)
