Erasmus Plus Programme Inter-institutional agreement 2017/18-2020/21 between programme countries The institutions named below agree to cooperate for the exchange of students and/or staff in the context of the Erasmus Plus programme. They commit to respect the quality requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education in all aspects related to the organisation and management of the mobility, in particular the recognition of the credits awarded to students by the partner institution. C. PUB-AC&C ( ) comments: The spoken language during the 1 st cycle is Romanian. However, students with sufficient level of English can perform quite well, as many of course materials are in English. Exams can be passed in English on demand. rench is a language that Romanian teachers and students can easily understand. Moreover, some courses are given in rench. Some Master Modules at PUB-AC&C are taught in English. Nevertheless, most Master programs are taught in Romanian. If necessary, basic Romanian lessons can be arranged, free of charge. ( ) comments: It is deemed understood that students must have the necessary level to be able to attend lessons and sit exams. rench language knowledge is highly recommended. D. Additional requirements Best candidate ERASMUS students have to be selected from each institution, as result of annual contests. The sending institution is in charge with offering the ERASMUS student or teacher the fellowship during the mobility period. The host institution is in charge with offering the ERASMUS student or teacher a convenient accommodation. Moreover, for ERASMUS teachers, the host institution should set some working places with internet connection. Both institutions have the infrastructure to welcome students and staff with disabilities. PUB-AC&C ( ) comments: Enrolment. There are no enrolment special requirements. The foreign student is in charge with selecting the courses that bring her/him the number of required ECTS by the sending institution. 2 or an easier and consistent understanding of language requirements, use of the Common European ramework of Reference for Languages (CER) is recommended, see http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/en/resources/europeanlanguage levels cefr. 3/8

Admission to Master programs at AC&C. Master courses can be taken by foreigners without any restriction, but no graduation diploma is delivered. Getting the Romanian graduation diploma at Master level is only possible for foreigners if some double diploma agreement has already been set between the two institutions, prior to students mobility. No such an agreement exists between PUB-AC&C and. Teaching Staff Mobility. A letter of invitation issued by an authorized AC&C contact person is required, prior to implementing Teaching Staff Mobility. Provisional Learning Agreement. Students have to fill in a Learning Agreement reporting the courses they would like to attend during the ERASMUS study period at PUB-AC&C. Information on courses is available at: Hhttp://acs.pub.ro/en/. Erasmus Student Network (ESN). The ESN Romania team is providing help and advice on request, for all ERASMUS+ incoming students at PUB-AC&C. or further information the ESN page can be visited: Hhttp://www.esn.ro/. ( ) comments: Enrolment: as exchange student. Admission: to be discussed at the department level. Teaching Staff Mobility. A letter of invitation issued by an authorized contact person is required, prior to implementing Teaching Staff Mobility. Students with disabilities. Lille 1 University student disabilities service may offer assistance or possible timetable adjustments to students with disabilities. E. Calendar 1. The receiving institution will send its decision within 5 weeks. 3. A Transcript of Records will be issued by the receiving institution no later than 5 weeks after the assessment period has finished at the receiving institution. 4. Termination of the agreement. The inter-institutional agreement can be terminated by mutual consent of both parts. Unilateral agreement termination can be decided as well, but, in this case, the decision to discontinue the exchanges notified to the other part by 1 st Octoberr 20yy will only take effect as of 1 st October 20yy+1. 5. Neither the European Commission nor the ERASMUS Programme National Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict between the parts of this agreement.
