Peer Reviews Peer Reviews. Identification of international experts TCI will identify experts in the field of cluster policy and smart specialization to provide the specific expertise required for the peer review exercises. Cluster practitioners with at least 5 years of proven experience in cluster development With current responsibilities that include some of the following Lead a cluster department, set strategy and action agenda, design programs and policies Give advise on and evaluate strategies/policies/programs Manage programs/projects, lead/facilitate cluster initiatives Conduct specific analysis/research on clusters and RIS3 Fluent in English, based in Europe and/or with proven work experience for a European government or development agency With experience in clusters related to the following industries ( ) Team of the TCI Peer Review in Oslo, 2012 With experience in cluster dynamics in rural and/or remote areas Willing to contribute as international expert of the peer reviews to be carried out in 6 of the partner regions of the CLUSTERS3 project: Basque Country, Hadjú-Bihar, Highland and Islands, Latvia, Lubelskie and Northern Ireland
