This outing will be very fun and will be hosted by MD4 Past Partner Coordinator Lion Rosie Picchi! Lion Rosie lives in Half Moon Bay and has arranged for us to have a memorable experience. The Historical Society will be greeting us upon arrival to Half Moon Bay and providing a presentation, The Half Moon Bay Lions Club will host us with coffee and pumpkin lattes and muffins! We will have an opportunity to Stroll and Roll down historical Main Street in Half Moon Bay. Main Street is handicap accessible and can accommodate wheelchairs and scooters. Please, please email, text or call me and let me know if you will be attending this outing. In addition, please let me know if you can drive and how many passengers you can accommodate. We do need to have a head count. 9:15am 11:30am - COUNCIL SESSION II; Council Casual Attire Lions closet District 4-C3 project; as discussed we will be accepting donations for the lions closet; these should be lightly used men, woman and children clothing items. IPDG Leo will pick up the donations from the hotel on Saturday. Homeless Veterans Warm Coat Project District 4-C4 project; some of you may remember this project from last year; we are also accepting donations of warm clothing, i.e. Hats, gloves, coats, scarfs, etc. as well as small toiletries (like those you get in a hotel) are very welcome. These items are distributed to homeless vets to help keep them warm during the winter months. Please mark your donated items to either lions closet or veterans warm coat; this will ensure we get the donated items to the right project.
