Foundation in Barry will use the grant to refurbish a creative space to make it more suitable for their volunteer activities. This grant for 5,000 will fund electrical re-wiring, heating installation, plasterboard, roofing, staircase, paint, replacement windows, and industrial cleaner. Ysgol Gymraeg Pwll Coch Cardiff Ysgol Gymraeg Pwll Coch, in Cardiff, will deliver a physical activity project that will increase opportunities for our younger pupils to engage in a regular and fun extra-curricular physical activity. This grant for 4,000 will fund four defibrillators. National Federation of Occupational Pensioners Carmarthen Branch Carmarthenshire National Federation of Occupational Pensioners Carmarthen Branch will use the grant to take their members on a trip away for four days to visit the North of Wales to reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,000 will fund accommodation. Soar Baptist Church Llwynhendy Carmarthenshire Soar Baptist Church Llwynhendy in Llanelli will use the grant to upgrade their kitchen and toilet facilities in order to comply with health and safety legislation, and to improve facilities for users. This grant for 5,000 will fund two boilers, a wall-mounted hydro boiler, installation costs, 10 tables and a storage trolley. Ynghyd C.I.C. Carmarthenshire Ynghyd C.I.C. in Carmarthenshire will use the grant to start a lunch club in Kidwelly for older people to improve their health and reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,950 will fund venue hire, publicity, volunteer expenses, meals, DBS checks, equipment, transport and entertainment.

Noddfa Ceredigion Noddfa in Aberaeron will use the grant to provide trips and art, history and crafts workshops for those who are, or have been, affected by mental health issues. This grant for 3,457 will fund trips, transport, arts and crafts, marketing materials, a laptop and printer, digital camera, and a memory card. Penbryn Memorial Hall Ceredigion Penbryn Memorial Hall in Ceredigion will use the grant to install a new disabled toilet and carry out building work which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund a disabled toilet, carpentry, plastering and other building works. The Aberystwyth Joy Riders Ceredigion The Aberystwyth Joy Riders will use the grant to provide members, who are at risk of social isolation, with a series of activities and trips. This grant for 3,000 will fund transport to places of interest such as Welshpool and Elan Valley. Vale of Rheidol Railway Limited Ceredigion Vale of Rheidol Railway Limited will use the grant to part-fund the necessary equipment for their apprentices to restore a historical cattle van. This grant for 5,000 will fund the materials required for restoration, fixings, and paint. Chabad Retreat Centre Conwy Chabad Retreat Centre in Conwy will use the grant to renovate their centre so they can offer more sessions to their service users and make the space more useful for the wider community. This grant for 5,000 will fund plastering, lighting, a disabled toilet, carpet and a launch event.

Clwb Cernyw Conwy Clwb Cernyw, in Conwy, will provide the children who attend with an extended offering of play equipment, allowing them to develop new skills and improve their health and fitness. The grant, of 4,233, will fund outdoor and indoor games, workshop costs, crafts and activity costs, IT equipment, and electronics. The Royal National Institute for Deaf People Conwy The Royal National Institute for Deaf People will use the grant to organise an event in Llandudno which will offer advice to the local community about accessing useful information, products, services, training and support for hearing loss, deafness and tinnitus. This grant for 3,846 will fund venue hire, communication support, travel expenses, BSL interpreters, marketing costs, and volunteer expenses. Ysgol Esgob Morgan Denbighshire Ysgol Esgob Morgan, in Denbighshire, will convert an adjoining field into a community green space. The grant, of 5,000, will fund slabbing, seven picnic benches, five benches, raised flower beds, litter bins, compost, gravel, fencing and a shrubbery.

Busy Rascals After School Club Flintshire Busy Rascals After School Club in Flintshire will use the grant to improve the facilities available for the children that attend the club. This grant for 4,430 will fund a laptop, printer, games console, workshops, crafts, and toys. Gronant Over 60 Friendship Club Flintshire Gronant Friendship Club in Flintshire will use the grant to fund activities to encourage social inclusion for up to 46 older members. This grant for 2,725 will fund transport, boat trips, and an end of year meal. Canolfan Deulu Dolgellau Cyf Gwynedd Canolfan Deulu Dolgellau Cyf will purchase play equipment for their newly established centre in Dolgellau town to provide additional activities and facilities for the children who attend. The grant, of 4,982, will fund an outdoor tray and planter, play and store centre, xylophone, outdoor wooden truck, chalk board tree set, water pump station, play gym set, jumbo glitter mosaics, giant scrapers and painters, and a tricycle, balance bike and scooter. Clwb Camera Caernarfon Gwynedd Clwb Camera Caernarfon, in Gwynedd, will purchase new audio-visual equipment and software for the club to ensure their facilities are of adequate quality for their members. The grant, of 4,986, will fund a digital projector, laptop, projection screen and purpose built print stand.

Siamas Cyf Gwynedd Siamas Cyf, in Gwynedd, will update their organisation's website to provide a forum for conversation amongst its members, advertise the organisation in Dolgellau town in order to increase participation and also provide an improved sound system for events that take place within their facility. The grant, of 2,346, will fund website design and training costs and publicity materials. Anglesey Childcare Providers Ltd Isle of Anglesey Anglesey Childcare Providers Ltd will use the grant to renew their outside equipment after weather damage over the winter which will provide improved facilities for the children who attend. This grant for 4,999 will fund an outdoor Wendy House, storage shed, climbing frame and outdoor play equipment. Inspiring Hope Merthyr Tydfil Inspiring Hope in Merthyr Tydfil will use the grant to fund a 20 week program designed to encourage women to get fit, healthy, and change their lifestyle for the better. This grant for 5,000 will fund monthly gym subscription, including unlimited gym classes, and monthly training sessions for 20 women. Homemakers Community Recycling Monmouthshire Homemakers Community Recycling in Monmouthshire will use the grant to improve access to their site to make it easier for the community to drop off items and for volunteers to process them. This grant for 5,000 will fund concrete for the carpark. Undy C.P School Monmouthshire Undy C.P School in Caldicot will use the grant to improve the play area for the children who attend the school and the local community as a whole. This grant for 4,990 will fund a giant playhouse and a water wall.

Bel Canto Singers Neath Port Talbot Bel Canto Singers in Port Talbot will use the grant to purchase new equipment and improve the facilities for members of their all-female voice choir. This grant for 3,250 will fund a portable digital piano, music stand, a stool and carry bag, transport, uniform, and sheet music. Best Foot Forward Neath Port Talbot Best Foot Forward in Merthyr Tydfil will use the grant to run outdoor and mindfulness sessions for people with mental health issues to improve wellbeing. This grant for 4,850 will fund 10 bikes with repair kits, 10 water proofs, 10 rucksacks, 10 walking poles, 10 bike helmets and five kayaks. Cwmafan Womens Institute Neath Port Talbot Cwmafan Womens Institute in Neath Port Talbot will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to places of interest to reduce social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will fund travel costs. Neath University of the Third Age Neath Port Talbot Neath University of the Third Age will use the grant to provide a series of lectures for older people and people who are not in full-time employment about transport over the centuries. This grant for 2,020 will fund lecturer fees, venue hire, coach hire, a projector screen, refreshments, meals, and coach hire. Newport Outdoor Group (YHA) Newport Newport Outdoor Group (YHA) will use the grant to publicise their group and offer introductory taster events to encourage new members which will help guarantee the continuation of the group. This grant for 5,000 will fund transport, publicity, venue hire, sessional worker, GPS equipment, maps, web support, training in GPS usage and digital photo display.

Parents For Change Newport Parents for Change in Newport, who run sessions with younger people who have disabilities, will take their members on a series of trips to improve wellbeing and promote socialising. This grant for 5,000 will fund travel, entrance fees, activity costs, workshops, two celebration events, and social evenings. St David's Foundation Hospice Care Newport St David s Foundation Hospice Care in Newport will use the grant to set up a choir for their patients, families and carers to improve wellbeing. This grant for 4,900 will fund choir master fees and transport costs. Begelly Golden Age Club Pembrokeshire Begelly Golden Age Club in Saundersfoot will use the grant to provide an end of year celebratory event to combat the social isolation of members. This grant for 900 will fund transport and meals for up to 50 members. Indifference Proud To Be C.I.C Powys Indifference Proud To Be C.I.C. in who support people with disabilities and their carers, will use the grant to provide pamper sessions for people with physical and learning disabilities of all ages to increase wellbeing. This grant for 4,970 will fund vehicle hire, support workers, volunteer expenses, workshop equipment, and other consumables. Knighton Men's Shed Powys Knighton Men's Shed in Powys will use the grant to set up their organisation, designed for members to combat social isolation and learn new skills. This grant for 5,000 will fund a trailer, workshop and tools, and a gazebo.

Avon Street Gardening and Allotment Society Rhondda Cynon Taf Avon Street Gardening and Allotment Society in Ferndale will use the grant to purchase new equipment to encourage more members to have and maintain an allotment. This grant for 2,422 will fund two cultivators, 15 shed alarms, 12 wheelbarrows, two brushcutters, and a chainsaw. Lee Garden Pool Committee Rhondda Cynon Taf Lee Gardens Pool Committee in Penrhiwceiber will use the grant to purchase the necessary equipment to allow them to provide improved facilities for users. This grant for 4,699 will fund picnic tables and benches, collapsible tables, stackable chairs, parasols and bases, recycling bins, and a PA system. Live Music Now Limited Rhondda Cynon Taf Live Music Now Limited will use the grant to hold sessions with local children, teaching them musical, cooking and performance skills. This will culminate in an intergenerational performance at an afternoon tea. This grant for 5,000 will fund a composer, musicians, sessional workers, travel costs, evaluation, project management and administration costs. Mens Shed Treorchy Rhondda Cynon Taf Mens Shed Treorchy will use the grant to buy the materials for their own workshop space, which they will then build as a group. This grant for 5,000 will fund a shed, polytunnel, decking boards, workbenches, sink and furniture, tools, and various building related materials. Pontypridd and Rhondda NHS Retirement Fellowship Rhondda Cynon Taf Pontypridd & Rhondda NHS Retirement Fellowship will use the grant to enable members to take part in a short break and encourage social inclusion. This grant for 1,200 will fund transport.

This grant for 3,323 will fund timber supports, and metal frames. Llangyfelach O.A.P Association Llangyfelach O.A.P. Association in will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to reduce social isolation. This grant for 3,687 will fund transport costs, refreshments, and entrance fees. Morriston Over 60s At The Sacred Heart Morriston Over 60s At The Sacred Heart will use the grant to provide activities for 25 members at risk of social isolation. This grant for 4,875 will fund a short holiday break, end of year meal, and a day trip. Penllergaer Gardening Club Penllergaer Gardening Club in will use the grant to take their members on a trip away to see open gardens in Derbyshire to increase their skills and reduce social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund travel, accommodation, meals and entrance fees to five gardens. South West Wales Family and Friends of Prisoners South West Wales Family and Friends of Prisoners in will use the grant to employ a Family Support Worker who will operate and run the visitor centre at HMP during the morning, and provide advice and support to the families and friends of prisoners. This grant for 5,000 will fund sessional worker costs.

Retired Social and Bowls Group Retired Social and Bowls Group will use the grant to fund a winter short break, to reduce the risk of social isolation. This grant for 4,500 will part fund a trip for up to 46 members. UK SMART Recovery UK SMART Recovery will use the grant to provide training courses for those who have used the SMART Recovery programme to abstain from an addictive behaviour, and their friends and family, to allow them to facilitate peer-led meetings in their own communities. This grant for 4,540 will fund training costs, travel and accommodation, handbooks and facilitator manuals, room hire, stationery, printing costs, volunteer expenses, a projector, a laptop, and five mobile phones. Barry Male Voice Choir The Vale of Glamorgan Barry Male Voice Choir will use the grant to increase publicity, encourage new members to join, and encourage men in the local area to socialise. This grant for 1,235 will fund publicity materials, posters, refreshments, venue hire, and AV equipment hire. Abersychan WI Torfaen Abersychan WI in Torfaen will use the grant to provide trips that will encourage social interaction between their members and other local WI s. This grant for 1,360 will fund transport to Ross-on-Wye, Bath, Brecon, and Weymouth. Coed Eva Allotment Association Torfaen Coed Eva Allotment Association in Torfaen will use the grant to install facilities to make their sites more hygienic and encourage visitors. This grant for 5,000 will fund three composting toilets.

Sheltered Housing Umbrella Group Wrexham Sheltered Housing Umbrella group in Wrexham will use the grant to improve the provision in their social centre so that all residents can attend events. They will also run three entertainment events to reduce social isolation. This grant for 3,221 will fund two sofas, an armchair, entertainment and refreshments.
