Eighty students in 5th and 6th grade traveled to Philadelphia on Thursday, April 13th for a class field trip. The weather was perfect for walking around historic Pennsylvania. Students toured the Ben Franklin Museum, ate lunch in the courtyard outside of the Ben Franklin Museum, toured Independence Hall at Congress Hall, visited the Liberty Bell and gift shop, and enjoyed the beautiful weather on the grass in front of Independence Hall. Students, teachers, and parent volunteers learned so much about Ben Franklin, Pennsylvania, and how our country started.
