With respect to the term transportation the definition is amended to include an accident involving a foreign air carrier that occurs within the United States 2. With respect to the term attorney the amended definition includes no Solicitations from lawyers, associates, agents, employees, or other representatives of an attorney for 45 days from date of accident. 3. The definition of passenger is expanded to include any employee of an air carrier or foreign air carrier aboard an aircraft, and any person aboard the aircraft without regard to whether the person paid for the transportation, occupied a seat, or held a reservation for the flight. 4. With respect to flight reservation information distribution, an assurance is made that, upon request of the family of a passenger, the air carrier will inform the family of whether the passenger s name appeared on a preliminary passenger manifest for the flight involved in the accident. 5. Promech Inc. (company name) will provide adequate training to the employees and agents of the company to meet the needs of survivors and family members following an accident. This training does not necessarily include every employee and may be satisfied by formation and use of a Care Team. 6. Promech Inc.
