Party in the Park Celebrating 20 years! Friday, October 21, 2016 CSUB Alumni Park Dear Friend of the Alumni Association, Party in the Park is an annual CSUB Alumni Association fundraising event centered on connecting the university with its alumni and the community. Since its inception, Party in the Park has raised thousands of dollars for alumni scholarships, membership outreach and mentoring opportunities. We invite you to be a part of this year s event as we celebrate 20 years and continue to support the mission and vision of the CSUB Alumni Association. Our mission is to promote the University s mission of educational excellence by engaging and connecting alumni, students, campus partners and the community through membership, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities. Our vision is to be the CSUB Alumnus voice and to develop meaningful programs and events that will motivate all CSUB Alumni to make affiliation with CSUB a lifetime commitment. By providing meaningful and engaging opportunities to volunteer, participate and support the University s advancement, we will promote the educational and career excellence of all alumni and the University. Party in the Park offers a unique wine and craft beer selection, support from local businesses through its silent auction, live music and a great networking opportunity! We hope to build on our success from the past 20 years, further refining the event for CSUB Alumni. Each year, the CSUB Alumni Association strives to provide more student scholarships.
