Spread Wings Expand Retail Network The Store Group opens its 75th branch in M3 Mall,Taman Melati Setapak on 24th March 2016 The Store M3 Mall Grand Opening The Store Supermarket and Departmental Store is the anchor tenant of the M3 Mall. It occupies 60 thousand square feet of the Mall and comprises of 3 oor of trading areas with 2 in 1 retail concepts. The Supermarket is located at the Ground Floor, provides wide range of merchandises such as fresh produce, groceries, sundries, toiletries, gadget products, electrical products, household selection and stationeries. The Departmental Store is located at 1st and 2nd oor, selling ranges of branded clothing of gents, ladies, baby and children, leather shoes and handbag. The Store M3 Mall is strategically located in Wangsa Maju Maluri Zone of Wilayah Persekutuan that resides with approximately 150 thousands residents. It is surrounded by higher education institution nearby such as UTAR, TAR College, National Islamic University Malaysia, Malaysia Institute of Art and Setapak Vocational College. He is currently the Group Finance Director of The Store Group and is responsible for the Group s corporate nance, treasury, accounting, taxation, information technology, project nancing business plan and investor relations functions. He started his career at a renowned departmental store chain group in year 1980 for 23 years and holding position as the Sales Manager to head the garment division before he joined The Store Group as Senior Manager in 2003 to task on in-house brand building in garment. Currently, he is holding position as the General Manager to oversee the operation of garment, brand development and hardline division. Long Lee Chuan, Jane 54 years of age, Malaysian, Female Assistant General Manager, Human Resource & Administration and Training Development Ms Jane holds a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from American University of Hawaii. In 1981, she started her career as a technical clerk in an international company. Then subsequently she joined as a computer programmer in an IT company in 1983. Thereafter, she served as a personal assistant to the executive chairman at Larut Matang Supermarket Holdings Bhd in Taiping for 16 years until year 2001. In year 2002, she was transferred to The Store Group to lead various departments in Human Resource & Administration Department and Training & Development and was promoted as Assistant Senior Manager in year 2010 and currently, she is holding position as Assistant General Manager. Loo Soon Hock, Mark 50 years of age, Malaysian, Male Assistant General Manager, Supermarket Mr Loo holds a degree in Bachelor Of Human Sciences Degree- Hotel And Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University, United States of America in 1994. He has deep knowledge of supermarket, perishable & frozen gained from more than 25 years extensive experience in retail industry. He started his career at Carrefour Hypermarket & Departmental chain in Taiwan before he returned back to Malaysia to head the department of Perishable division in Carrefour Subang Jaya (now known as Aeon Big) in year 1995. She began her career in 1995 as a software developer and served in several software development companies over 7 years. In year 2002, she joined The Store Group as Assistant Manager in MIS Application. With her extensive experience in IT application, she was promoted as Manager in MIS and tasked to develop and implement the Retail Management System and Point-of-Sales System for the group retail business and also the development of software application. In year 2010, she moved up the rank and was promoted as Senior Manager to oversee the group overall ICT (information and communications technology) until now. Mr Aaron Choow holds an Advance Diploma in Marketing Management from International Business Management Education Centre (Singapore). He started his career with Carrefour Singapore in year 2000. Thereafter, he moved up to head the hardline section at Giant Hypermarket, Singapore. In year 2004, he joined The Store Group, holding position as a Merchandising Executive and in 2014 he was promoted as Assistant Senior Manager for Hardline division until now. He is tasked to oversee the whole hardline buying team and matters related to merchandising planning.
