ELAN Network: European and Latin American Technology Based Business Network ELAN Network is a space of collaboration, cogeneration and development of business opportunities based on technology between Europe and Latin America, as well as the generation of strategic multiplier alliances between different actors of the innovation ecosystem of both continents. Seminar: Opportunities in Latin America 31st May 2017 The Hague This ELAN Network-RVO event in the Netherlands, in partnership with TNO, RVO, MVO Nederland, Green-ID and Holland House Colombia, is a first step towards a number of business events this year in Latin American countries, organized by ELAN. It is a steppingstone for bringing your business to Latin America. Eligible SMEs may be able to become beneficiaries of the TNO MKB programme to adapt their technology to the Latin American Market. Goals: To inform Dutch SME s, entrepreneurs, specialised consultancies, and research institutes about business opportunities (based on technology, or with a component based on R&DI) in LA and the advantages of participating in ELAN-networks. To inform key stakeholders (e.g. branch organisations) about ELAN network and seek their interest to further engage To build a platform for concrete follow up, with the help of RVO and its partners and TNO Attendees: Innovative SME s Medium size and large companies Business support organizations and industry associations. Government, officials dealing with Innovation, trade, economy and internationalization of SME s Non-governmental organisations and civil society representatives Entrepreneurs, investors, consultants and academics Representatives from partner organizations in Latin America. Embassies from Latin American Countries in the Netherlands.
