Education Policies To guarantee availability, registration must be made three days prior to seminar date. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made more than one-week prior to seminar date. Designations To guarantee availability and material shipment, all designation courses must be registered for two-weeks prior to the start of the program. Students must complete their online testing within 4-6 weeks of completing the designation classes at AASC. If that cannot be accomplished students will be directed to a local proctored facility and a $50 fee will be billed to the student by AASC. If retests are needed additional fees will be incurred.
