G. Blue Print Board Goal #4 It is recommended that the Blue Print Board Goal #4 be approved as presented at the March 7, 2016 board work session. (No. 59) H. City Request It is recommended to approve a request from the City of Blue Springs Parks and Recreation Department for permission to use Peve Stadium for the annual July 4, 2016 patriotic celebration to include a band concert and pyrotechnic display. An alternate date of July 5, 2016 is also requested in the event of inclement weather on July 4, 2016. 5. ADOPTION OF REGULAR AGENDA (Action)

Program Highlight Scott Young The March Program Highlight will feature Brittany Hill Middle School. Principal Dallas Truex will introduce Debate & Forensics teacher Leigh Anne Andreasen who, along with her students Ben Podjenski, Sydney Wade, and Hannah Young, will present information about their Eagle Television Broadcast and the BHMS Math Tutoring Program. 8.
