NSRWA PMO at a Glance MISSION The mission of the Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft (NSRWA) Project Office is to procure, field and sustain non-standard rotorcraft for the Department of Defense (DoD), allied countries or as directed by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) in support of Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) VISION Establish and maintain the premiere Aviation Support Enterprise consisting of empowered acquisition professionals dedicated to providing proactive, timely and consistent programmatic support to the Soldier 2
