Must have met all STAAR requirements mandated by TEA. 5. Must have a Career and Technology program grade average of 88+ for all courses taken since 9 th grade. 6. Overall GPA 88+ for all classes 7. Must not have lost credit for any semester. 8. No waivers accepted for any AP course. 9. Must be involved in school or community activities and show proof of participation.
