Page 2 St. Mary, s News Thank you to everyone for their cooperation last Thursday with the early dismissal day. Everything went smoothly and we truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We would also like to give a special thank you to our room parents who provided a wide range of delicious desserts for the Cardinal's and Clergy dinner. All enjoyed the dinner and desserts and even took some home with them. The Cardinal and many of the clergy thanked us for our Southern Maryland hospitality. Our 5MB community shines again! Thank You!! 5MB Spelling Bee Congratulations to our 5MB Spelling Bee Team. They represented our school at the Annual Charles County Spelling Bee very well. Our team members are Joshua Nyguen, Gwen Luster, Nick Truss, Jack Smith. Thank you to Mrs. Vanni for coaching our team. Our team also welcomed the Cardinal and the Clergy to our school last Thursday. 0 y)~ Current Family Registration for the 2017-2018 School Year Registration is open to the public for any unsecured spots and registration will soon increase to $200 per child. We are full in some classes this year and we are having an increase in requests to register and tour for next year, don't lose your children's spot by not securing your registration. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mrs. Caniglia. Family Referral Program Did you know that you can earn money off your tuition by referring a family to our school? If they register and stay all year, you will receive $1,000 discount on your tuition the following year. If they register more than one child, you will receive $1,500 off your tuition the following year. Help our school and help yourself at the same time win-win! School Budget The School Advisory Budget Committee presented the 2017-2018 school budget last Tuesday evening. This presentation provided information on the cost to run the school, projected enrollment, tuition projections and fundraising projections. All of the information is necessary to determine the needs for the next school year.
