Campus Tours Join a Student Ambassador on a leisurely guided tour of our beautiful campus, or follow the self-guided walking tour on page 7. Explore the different buildings and state-of-the-art student facilities, check out the various student hangouts, and take in the beautiful scenery. Take a residence tour to learn about UTM s diverse range of housing options, with more than 1,500 spaces of traditional-style rooms, apartments and town houses. Guided campus tours and residence tours are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and leave from the Innovation Complex. Campus tours take appoximately 1 hour and residence tours last 30 minutes. Special Tours Anthropology Lab Drop in any time from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Davis Building, Room 2045. Fall Campus Day Self-Guided Walking Tour This walking tour will allow you to see the campus between sessions. Posters are stationed in prime locations where you can learn about the buildings and the services and facilities found within them. A Recreation, Athletics & Wellness Centre (RAWC) The RAWC is a facility with state-of-the-art equipment for all UTM students. It includes an eight-lane swimming pool, an indoor track overlooking the gym and weight training facilities. B William G. Davis Building (DV) Built in 1974, the William G. Davis Building houses the Meeting Place, an open area with seating and skylights. A popular hangout for students and the home to several food outlets. C Innovation Complex/Kaneff Centre (KN) The Innovation Complex is the recently added extension of the Kaneff Centre. This is the home of the Office of the Registrar, Student Recruitment & Admissions, and the Institute for Management & Innovation (IMI). D Student Centre Built as a gathering place for U of T Mississauga students, the centre is home to many student clubs, the UTM Student Union, The Medium (UTM s weekly newspaper), CFRE Radio (UTM s radio station) and more. E Communication, Culture & Technology Building (CCT) Home to ICCIT (Institute for Communications, Culture, Information & Technology), this building includes one of U of T Mississauga s largest lecture halls as well as the Multimedia Studio Theatre and 24-hour computer labs. 7 G Instructional Centre (IB) Opened in 2011, this eco-friendly building houses a full range of state-of-the-art classrooms varying in size from 30 to 500 seats, and dedicated study space for students. H Deerfield Hall (DH) Deerfield Hall is the first phase of the two-phase reconstruction of the North Building, the first structure on the Erindale College campus in 1967. I Oscar Peterson Hall (OPH) This dormitory-style residence is the home to the department of Student Housing and Residence Life. On-campus residence is guaranteed for all first-year students, and for international students for all four years of their studies! UTM offers dorm-style and townhousestyle housing options.
