I also worked for other International NGO for over 25 years. VISION: Inspire Business and Professional Women in Asia-Pacific to make significant difference to women life in the region. Three of my goals for 2017-2020 Triennium are as follows: Goal 1: Membership Increase at 20% in Asia-Pacific by year 2020. My strategy is to use 1 Club + 1 Club and 1 Country + 1 Country strategy and increase young BPW members. The challenges for Coordinator s tasks are to LINK and to CONNECT internationally. As districted governor of Zonta International, I had strenghten network of over 2,000 business women in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Hong Kong. As I organized over 100 seminars for Youth for Sasin Graduate School for 20 years, I gain understanding of young girls perspectives. My work is organizing 24 seminars about AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) help me gain business network connection. In 2013, I was chosen to be in the ASEAN Executive Management Program, organized by the Thai Goverment, so I have bird eyes view of the region. Goal 2: Organize successful Regional Conference As 2018 Asia-Pacific Regional Conference will be in Bangkok, Thailand, it would be convenience for me to mobilize resource as I m Event Organizer by profession. This is back by my experience in organizing 3 profitable international conferences (with about 400 participants each) organize over 250 local events and attended 25 International conferences of BPW International, Rotary International, Zonta International, Toastmaster International, etc. Goal 3: Regional Projects Coordination I aimed to have at least 2 Regional Projects to focus on Common Women Issue for the Region: one focuses on improving women financial sustainability and another one focuses on green-growth strategy for women s businesses. As leader in women organizations and associate judge for Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, I have insight into legal aspects of women and social issues. I would like to build upon successful National projects and replicate them at Regional

level. I am positive that my business and professional experience will contribute to my success as BPW ASIA-Pacific Regional Coordinator. Supporting Statement 19 April 2017 Dear BPW International, As President of BPW Thailand, I m please to nominate Dr. Narudee Kiengsiri for BPW International Asia-Pacific Regional Coordinator in 2017-2020. Recall that at Asia-Pacific Regional Conference in New Zealand in April 2016, Dr. Narudee has already been selected as candidate for this post. Dr. Narudee has decades of management experience from working as Bangkok Bank Executive and from founding and serving as President of her own Event Organizing Company. Her work as Associate Judge helps strenghten her legal knowledge. Her work to coordinate over 2000 business women in ASEAN gave her cross-cultural understanding and develop effective communication skill. Her work with multiple international organizations would foster collaboration at project level. Her insight into Youth perspectives, from organizing over 100 Youth seminars, would help her attract young BPW. By organizing over 250 events and conferences, her expertise would be a great asset to BPW Thailand when we organize Asia- Pacific Regional Conference in Bangkok in 2018. Lastly, her ability to resolve conflicts and unite people would play a key role in increasing members in Asia-Pacific and motivating them to make a difference. Best regards, Khunying Natthika Wattanavekin Angubolkul President, BPW Thailand
