Pediatrics & Adult Medical Care We are working with Amerigroup to conduct Clinic Days at both the pediatric and adult offices. At the adult office, we have identified one day (Monday, June 23) to focus our efforts, where we will be performing physicals on Amerigroup patients. There will be an Amerigroup representative in the waiting room to provide patient education and patient incentives for participating in preventive care. For the pediatric office, the month of July will be our focus in recruiting Amerigroup patients to come in for their Well Child Check s prior to school starting. An Amerigroup representative will be present at the beginning and end of July to kick off and conclude the month. We will be conducting a patient flow analysis at both the pediatric and adult offices. We will be using the patient tracking system from our EMR. Gina Reed is helping to build the patient tracking key that we will use (to specifically define each of the tracking options), which we will obtain feedback on and disseminate prior to beginning the tracking process. This should help us identify areas of focus for improving flow through the office.
