CAREERS CLUSTERS To share resources in improving awareness of London s labour market and supporting school and college leaders in a whole-school approach to plan and deliver careers provision c. 8m of ESF funding 3 years of support 12 geographic or sectorbased clusters Min. of 6 cluster members (e.g. 5 schools and 1 college)

CLUSTER ACTIVITY A Careers Cluster is an opportunity for secondary schools and FE colleges to work together to develop a programme that will: Support school and college leaders to design a high quality careers offer Pilot sustained employer/he activities for pupils Deliver careers and employer CPD Match and support pupils into work placement and internships brokered by Youth Talent ESF
