Invitation Hello Classmates of the HHS Class of 1966, We are happy to invite you and your significant other/guest to attend our 50 th Reunion being held in Harlingen on October 14-15, 2016. You are considered part of the Class of 1966 if you attended HHS with our class for 10 th, 11 th, and/or 12 th grade. The venue is 5th at the Reese on First Street for a Friday evening social with cash bar, buffet, and tribute to classmates who are Veterans. Saturday evening will be a social with cash bar, dinner, dance with live band, and tribute to our deceased classmates. There is an early bird supper on Thursday, daytime tours and events on Friday, and Saturday including a tour of HHS and a Downtown Walking tour, and a low-key Post Reunion at South Padre Island. We have planned activities so you will get plenty of time to reconnect and catch up with old friends, make new friends, and get a sense of history and memories from 50 years ago and the progress made over the years. At this point in our lives, we have left behind the who knows who and has done what and are glad to get together. The price is $30 for Friday night and $45 for Saturday night per person, if you register by August 15, and includes a Memory Book, Highway 100 live band on Saturday, and more. All other events are free or Dutch Treat (pay your own). After September 22, registrations will be accepted only on a space available basis, but you will NOT receive a Memory Book. Marty Markowsky Allyce Pletcher and Kathy Miller and Ken (Chip) Sherman at McMillian Dance Studio Died July 5, 2004 - in Miami, FL, his home for the past 17 years. He was a veteran and served with the U.S. Navy before attending Pan American University where he obtained his teaching degree in 1977. He devoted his life to education and taught his students much more than academics. He showed them love and compassion and was not only their teacher, but their best friend.
