EXIST EXIST is a support program of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) aimed at improving the entrepreneurial environment at universities and research institutions and at increasing the number of technology and knowledge based business start-ups. The EXIST program is part of the German government s Hightech Strategy for Germany and is co-financed by funding of the European Social Fund (ESF) 7

Activity TET-Workshops The TET (Technological and Entrepreneurial Thinking)-Matching-Workshop is a yearly held Workshop: TET is an Instrument to systematically match Teams in order to work on potential and innovative start-up Ideas in diverse and complementary Teams Students and Resaercher from all Universities participate and work together - INTERDISCIPLINARITY Participants can be Idea Owner or Idea Seeker Working on one Problem/Idea/Start-up for three days according the Design Thinking Approach At the end of the Workshop Presentation of the Results to a Jury In all three Events Members of the High-Tech Gründerfonds have been involved. 22
