A social model of team case loading midwifery care to women in recognized areas of deprivation and to young people under the age of 18. Integrated team midwifery care for all women through the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period Maternity support worker care within the community for postnatal care supporting parenting skills and breastfeeding All pregnant women are supported irrespective of age, culture or disability.
