PNM 2013 eway Welcome Letter A Message from Ron Talbot When we give to United Way, we see the power of giving, no matter the amount. With just a little change, we can help make big changes for people in our communities. United Way s campaign theme, Change Can Happen. You Can Help, reminds us we have the ability to transform lives through simple actions. As executive sponsor of the PNM Resources United Way campaign for the second year, I ve seen how committed employees across the company are to helping change their communities for the better. Last year, the levels of giving were impressive and impactful, and I know we can surpass that once again. Through my volunteer work with United Way agencies such as Roadrunner Food Bank in Albuquerque, I also have seen how far a few dollars can go in terms of helping families, whether to address an immediate need to put food on the table, or to address a longer-term solution to prevent food insecurity from occurring in the first place. Thank you for supporting those in need in your communities through United Way. Sincerely, Ron Talbot Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Presbyterian Healthcare Services 2013 eway Welcome Letter Thank you for joining our tradition of giving. Last year, Presbyterian employees donated more than $1.5 million to support our community by giving to non-profit organizations, including Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation, through United Way. Your gifts can make a significant impact in someone's life here in New Mexico helping them to change their story. During this campaign you have three ways you can give: Directly to the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation through United Way To United Way for their initiatives or the Community Fund To any non-profit of your choice through United Way Your donations can make a difference in the lives of others such as helping provide support and resources for the families of sick children or helping to ensure that more young people in our state achieve post high school degrees. We invite you to review the giving options and choose an area that most inspires you. We look forward to the amazing changes we can create together!
