Vyapar Yojana (Business Plan Competition) Team size = 4 You have to send the soft copy of your business plan by e-mail before 25/01/2016. Round 1: Elimination round 1. The teams will have to pitch their idea in 3 minutes presentation in the screening round and the ideas which are original, innovative, practical, scalable and viable will be selected for final round. 2. Preferable language will be English. 3. Innovativeness of idea and strong oral representation will help to qualify them for second round/final round. Round 2: Final Round 1. Teams selected out of screening round will have to present their complete business plan in 15 minutes. This will be followed by queries from the jury. 2. Stock Guru (An Investment Game) 1. This is an individual event. 2. There will be maximum three participants from an institute. 3. Time duration of the event will be 1 hour. 4. Short selling will not be allowed. 5. Future & Option (F&O) will be restricted. 6. Trading will be permitted only in equity. 7. Evaluation will be based on your profit & loss on your trade. 8. Objectives questions Paper will be given to a team. 2. 40 questions to be answered in 20 Minutes. 3. 1 mark for correct answer and 0.25 marks would be deducted for wrong answer. 4. Those who are Qualified in 1st round will be eligible for 2nd round. To qualify one should score minimum 50 % marks in MCQ. 2nd Round (Rapid Fire/Buzzer round) 1. Random questions will be asked to each team for the time duration of 1 min. 2. Those who are Qualified in 2nd round can be eligible for final round. Final Round 1. This round comprises of 3 phases. Sargam (Singing Competition) Rules / Regulations 1. One entry from one college is allowed. 2. Solo Performance and maximum number of accompanists is two. 3. Film songs cannot be presented. 4. Participants must bring their own musical instruments. Only Harmonium and Tabla are allowed. Casio not allowed. 5. Time for stage/ instruments setting is maximum 2 minutes. 6. Duration of performance is 5 minutes. After 5 minutes participants will be declared disqualified. 7. Judgement is based on the qualities like swara, taal, selection of raga, composition and overall impression. 8. Judges decision will be final. Pratikruti (Science Model Competition) Rules / Regulations 1. The participating college can put up only one project/model. 2. Team shall consist of not more than 4 members. 3. Model must be made by students at home & brought on the day of competition. 4. The model must be made on the concept given by the organization. 5. Students also have to make one A2 size poster explaining the above concept & bring it along with the models. 6. The model can be prepared working or static. 7.
