Delegations Levy Order Pursuant to WVC 11-8-9 and 12 the Board on March 7, 2016, had ascertained the fiscal affairs of the district and ordered levy rates be proposed for the year ending June 30, 2017. Said rates having been duly published by the Secretary of the Board and approved in writing by the Tax Commissioner, and such statement herewith duly entered by reference in the record of proceedings together with the written approval, motion by Craig Spicer, seconded by Jack Coyner, to enter the levy for 2016-2017 pursuant to WVC 11-8-12a.
