Additionally, we have taken this opportunity to change the funding category for a portion of the funds we are to receive, to add new categories for future use, and to change the State TIP Identification numbers to reflect the Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission (CSPDC) as the recipient of these funds. The changes in the amount of funding reflect the inclusion of unused funds in the amount of $461,000 from 2014, that we would like to carry forward into FY15 but had not been identified as such in the previous TIP approved by the Policy Board in May 2014. This funding is being moved to the new category of Capital Contracting to allow a lower match of local and state dollars. The amendment is hereby released for public comment for 21 days. Final approval will follow pending any public comments that need to be addressed by the SAWMPO.
