REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: Series of Facebook Advertising Development Workshops March 2019 1. Background The Department for International Trade (DIT), the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), along with Newable who is a leading delivery partner of the Department for International Trade in London and the South East are seeking a third party provider for the delivery of a series of International Facebook Advertising Development Workshops for both new and more experienced exporters. This activity is being part-funded by the following four European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) projects: South East International Business Growth, Get Exporting 2, Global Growth and Export ASEAN. We are inviting quotations from organisations that can satisfy the specification requirements as set out below. 2. Aim A series of 4 (full-day) interactive training workshops providing a special package of support specifically to help businesses to use Facebook advertising to grow internationally. These training events will help those companies with strategic and tactical advice on how to ensure that their business maximises the global opportunities via online advertising. In the London & South East Regions businesses are also offered Master Classes on a series of topics around overcoming barriers to trade and routes to market including: Agents and Distributors Website Optimisation for International Trade Researching Overseas Markets International Franchising and Licensing Social Media/ E Commerce International Bid Management (High Value Opportunities) Digital Marketing for Global Growth A Starter in International Negotiations Protecting your Intellectual Property Exhibiting Effectively Overseas The Facebook advertising development workshops will expand our existing masterclass subjects and help build our customer s ability to develop their trade strategy to grow their international business. These training events will prepare and demystify online advertising for businesses helping them to develop the capabilities to use targeted advertising through Facebook to multiple markets and regions. 3. Dates and locations A series of 1-day Facebook development workshops will be delivered in March 2019 in the South East Region, please see the dates and locations below: Tuesday 12 th March Brighton Thursday 14 th March Maidstone Monday 18 th March Guildford Wednesday 20 th March Oxford As part of your proposal please confirm if you are able to deliver the workshops on the above dates. 4. Event Description Design, deliver, update & maintain a series on 4 interactive workshops. Each workshop must last for a minimum of 12 hours. Each event to be able to accommodate up to 70 delegates.
Capacity for two delivery trainers on each event. These workshops will be multi-sector and relevant for product and service based companies. The workshop must be relevant for companies that are beginners to Facebook Advertising to companies with experience in Facebook Advertising but are looking to optimise further. We anticipate a number of key topics including the following: - Facebook advertising to accelerate international business development - Creating, Launching, Managing & Optimising Facebook Advertising Campaigns - Underpinning the marketing mind-set - Foundation of online advertising and mobile marketing - Targeting advertising to key consumers including international targeting - Overview of Facebook advertising - Tools & strategies in place to optimising campaigns for long-term success - Systems and metrics for maximising sales and leads conversion - Business factors that influence Facebook advertising decision making - Maximising the financial return of Facebook Advertising - Relevant case studies show success stories from different sectors Peer group networking and sharing of experiences would be a key part of the programme. Interactive format to include live demonstrations, supported by course materials and case studies. Capacity to generate new client interest to the ERDF projects via a traffic generation campaign. All delegates will have an individual action plan to take away which they can share with their colleagues and their International Trade Advisers (ITAs) as part of the training follow-up. We will require a sign-in sheet and client evaluations feedback for each workshop to meet ERDF criteria. 5. Partner Responsibilities Collaborate with DIT and ERDF team to create suitable collateral to market the event including flyers and help to assist with the recruitment of the companies. Collaborate with DIT and ERDF to ensure that all event material is ERDF compliant. 6. Budget and Invoicing Your costing should be fully inclusive and include all the services listed above. We have a maximum budget of 30,000 (inclusive of VAT) for the series of 4 training events; calculations should be broken down as much as possible. The final decision will be made on services provided and value for money. This activity is part-funded by four ERDF projects and as such, we will require the invoice to be itemised to demonstrate the cost per project. By providing DIT and ERDF with a quote, you are accepting our invoicing requirements and are able to make any amendments needed. Please confirm that you are able to meet with our invoicing requirements in your returning proposal. 7. Submit Quote for Review Please complete all of the sections at the end of this form. You will be scored on the following criteria: Newable Trade (South East and London) is looking for the best value for money bid. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the quotation that is the most economically advantageous.
