Annex-1 A.1 Database Configuration: The database will be configured as per the requirements of the UCEP Job Placement program. The database will comprise three elements: for UCEP users and management for UCEP graduates for employers UCEP Users and Management (Reporting Part): will include reporting templates (e.g. employment summary status) MIS report, region-wise job placement activity report, CVs of individual graduates, etc. A total of 10 to 12 reporting templates will be available for management views. UCEP Graduate s: will include entry forms on basic information of UCEP Graduates who will be placed in industry (Graduate Profiles), employment record including name of the industry, locations, facilities and others, follow-up report, etc. A total of 6 to 7 entry forms will be available. Graduates will also be able to view their CV. Employer s: UCEP has 17 employers committees in all operational areas across the country including a newly formed committee in the Habiganj Industrial Area. Each committee comprises 20 to 25 employers of different sectors and industries. UCEP also has 2 sector skills planning committees for the RMG as well as the Electrical and Electronics sectors. The members of the committee are working with UCEP by providing inputs on curriculum up-gradation, training materials development, expertise on skills training etc. Every year UCEP helps more than 15,000 graduates gain placements while about 1,200 active employers are working with UCEP. The database will include entry forms including employers registration as per prescribed formats including the name of the industry, locations, nature of the business, contact address with phone number. Employers will also be able to view the availability of UCEP graduates location-wise and trade-wise. Employers will send their request to UCEP for employees through this system.
