Annex-1 A.1 Database Configuration: The database will be configured as per the requirements of the UCEP Job Placement program. The database will comprise three elements: for UCEP users and management for UCEP graduates for employers UCEP Users and Management (Reporting Part): will include reporting templates (e.g. employment summary status) MIS report, region-wise job placement activity report, CVs of individual graduates, etc. A total of 10 to 12 reporting templates will be available for management views. UCEP Graduate s: will include entry forms on basic information of UCEP Graduates who will be placed in industry (Graduate Profiles), employment record including name of the industry, locations, facilities and others, follow-up report, etc. A total of 6 to 7 entry forms will be available. Graduates will also be able to view their CV. Employer s: UCEP has 17 employers committees in all operational areas across the country including a newly formed committee in the Habiganj Industrial Area. Each committee comprises 20 to 25 employers of different sectors and industries. UCEP also has 2 sector skills planning committees for the RMG as well as the Electrical and Electronics sectors. The members of the committee are working with UCEP by providing inputs on curriculum up-gradation, training materials development, expertise on skills training etc. Every year UCEP helps more than 15,000 graduates gain placements while about 1,200 active employers are working with UCEP. The database will include entry forms including employers registration as per prescribed formats including the name of the industry, locations, nature of the business, contact address with phone number. Employers will also be able to view the availability of UCEP graduates location-wise and trade-wise. Employers will send their request to UCEP for employees through this system. A.2 Technical details: The technical details of the software are: The software will be web based and browser & device independent Software will be developed using stable version of PHP 7.1.5, Database will MySQL 5.6 and must use laravel 5.4 version framework Software code should be very light, so that the system will run smoothly The software system will be responsive and browser compatible The system email & mobile SMS notification option will be mandatory with setup options User management will be integrated with existing software system Role management should be dependent on the user management The software source code must be deliverable and must not encode/ encrypt pages or files The software source code, must have sufficient comment Developer must provide user manual / tutorial with print screen option Developer must provide detailed development documentation (work flow diagram, data flow diagram, etc.) A.2. 1 Home page 1. organization logo, contact number, email, links to social media pages

A.2. 5 Candidate Action 1. After logging onto the system Candidates have to create their CV with Four step 2. After successfully filling up of all CV fields it will merge and create a full CV 3. Candidates can easily download CV in pdf format and can use it as a hard copy 4. Candidates also can upload other kinds CV document formats to the system 5. Candidates can also see the employer s job list and also apply with their CV by emailing or automatically through the system 6. Candidates will also get notifications by email (if institute wants) when any employers post a job related candidate/graduate matching field 7. Post a job for the particular department/trade wise or if the posted job is relevant to the Candidate profile or matches with students 8. Candidates can view reports on how many jobs s/he has applied for and a response list from employers 9. Candidates can update their CVs anytime. 10. Records will always be updated to show the most recent update CV by candidate 11. Can search job by division, district, place or abroad 12. Other candidate actions will be change password, delete CV, sign-out etc. A.2. 6 Employer Database 1. Employer self-sign up facility with approval from UCEP system Admin 2. Form will ensure that all require fields are completed 3. Form will ensure the validation process regarding JavaScript, Server side, Database 4. After submitting the form, it will be pending for UCEP approval 5. System will be able to generate various types of reports with this data 6. System will generate Email to confirm employer s successful submission 7. Employer access facility with role management 8. Employer can view record and make corrections if required 9.
