Scholarship *Please only complete this SBA Scholarship page if you are applying for the Amos (Frances C. ) Scholarship. This scholarship was named after Michigan State Representative Frances C. Amos, an active alumna and ardent supporter of Oakland University. It was established to reward outstanding students who exemplify her commitment to community service and the pursuit of personal and academic excellence. Enrolled full-time (12 credits hours) Junior Status (56 earned credit hours) Two or more full-time semesters remaining in their academic program 3.4 GPA in major field of study 3.4 cumulative GPA Candidates seeking nomination for the Amos (Frances C.) This scholarship was created in 2013 to honor Mukesh Bharghava, a distinguished marketing faculty member at Oakland for eighteen years.
