Germany is looking to borrow the following items for the cultural display for this year s theme: coveralls (blue preferred), lockers (similar to what you would see in schools or employee work areas), hard hats, head lamps, tools that would be used for rock or mineral mining. WHAT: General Planning & Decision Management Meeting for 2019 Picnic WHEN: Wednesday April 24, 2019, 7:00 PM, DLT Rathskeller WHO: All are invited. Especially need all current/new/potential event/activity chairpersons; and interested members AGENDA: Update all on progress to date. Discuss plans and changes for 2019 event including changes needed in layout, etc without use of Crawford Plaza. Critical concerns on food vendor and food tent positioning. Need for sponsors. The German Club Edelweiss invites you to our 95 th Anniversary Ball on Saturday, April 27th with a Catered Dinner and Dance for $19. From 6 PM to 7, the dinner includes a Choice of Champagne Chicken or Roast Beef with Oven Roasted Red Potatoes, California Blend, Green Salad, Roll & Butter, Dessert and Coffee. Doors open at 5:30PM.
