2008 VMT C-Plan Renewal VMT C-Plan expires March 2008 Renewal application was submitted August 2007 Once renewed, the plan will be valid March 2008 to March 2013. PWSRCAC participated in the C-plan review to fulfill our contractual obligation with APSC and our OPA 90 mandate.
The VMT C-plan Group has been an effective forum for continuous improvement Many issues have been resolved, which has expedited the renewal process.

Major Revisions Proposed In 2008 Renewal Application 1. Prevention training 2. Facility piping inspection, monitoring & maintenance procedures 3. Equipment specification updates 4. Nearshore task force changes for consistency with Tanker C-Plan 5. Scenario 5 revisions will be worked collaboratively in VMT C-Plan Workgroup
PWSRCAC Comments September 13, 2007, PWSRCAC submitted a short request for additional information on 5 topics, along with our initial comments to expedite the review process. Proposed comments have been reviewed by the Project Team and provided to the Board ADEC is requesting additional information which may warrant revisions to PWSRCAC s comments.
