Attend the Advanced Diagnostic Bronchoscopy Workshop, April 25 26 Cleveland Clinic presents a collaborative workshop bringing together leading staff from Cleveland, OH and Weston, FL to present the Advanced Diagnostic Bronchoscopy Workshop. This workshop addresses recent developments in bronchoscopy including computed tomography scanning, genetic analysis of the tumor tissue, innovations in thoracic and endobronchial ultrasound, and rapid on-site evaluation and genotyping. Expert faculty who are key opinion leaders in the field of bronchoscopy will engage attendees in an interactive learning experience intended to increase knowledge and skill levels through participation in lectures and non CME hands-on sessions. Intended for pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, anesthesiologists, fellows, nurses, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, and respiratory therapists, attendees will gain hands-on experience using new techniques along with expert reviews of the principles and applicable guidelines. Attendees Will Learn How To: Apply the fundamentals of thoracic and endobronchial ultrasound to clinical practice Use imaging to depict mediastinal lymph node stations Summarize current guidelines for lung cancer staging Demonstrate techniques of radial and convex-probe endobronchial ultrasound Demonstrate electromagnetic navigation and specimen preparation including that for rapid on-site cytological evaluation (ROSE) Program Director Atul C.
