CASE STUDY INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR [3 HOUR CONSULTATION] Director level Sales professional with 10 years experience selling solutions for a number of blue chip technology providers, directly and through partnerships/ alliances. Most recently, has been International Account Director for a media/ commercial solutions company. The requirement The client is looking to move back into a more IT/ Solutions focused company and identified the following areas for consultation: Job Search Strategy given his desire to get back into IT focus Market Overview & Expectations C discuss realistic targets to alleviate his concerns/ apprehension CV review the client was happy with his CV but wanted a review First Consultation: Discussing the Client s career progression Identifying the Client s career strategy and desired role Initial Findings: The client had concerns that he had only been headhunted for unsuitable media/ advertising sales roles and despite making changes to his profile, the issue persisted.
