Programme overview This qualification is designed to provide broad core skills and knowledge for those working in the cleaning services industry. The qualification also includes strands that cover broad transferable skills such as health and safety, communication skills, and service sector competencies. Learning and assessment for this qualification occurs in the workplace. To support learning, a literacy evaluation will take place at the beginning and end of the qualification.
