1. Purpose: The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to provide detailed steps for obtaining an account to Enterprise Navy Training Reservation System (entrs). 2. Background: CeTARS is the corporate database for formal training information and ensures the timely collection and dissemination of information to various levels of the Navy, DOD departments, agencies, services, contractors and authorized foreign governments. The information system is designed to support the management and administrative functions of Navy training activities, schoolhouses, learning centers, training support centers, etc. CeTARS include various functionalities. 3. Definitions: Social Security Number (SSN): The nine digit number which uniquely identifies an individual. Projected Rotation Date (PRD): The month and year the service member is scheduled to transfer from his or her current Activity. Viewed on View Persons Table (PRSN270). Rank: A member's official position or grade in the service. For Navy Enlisted personnel, this is combined with the person's job specialty. Displayed for informational purposes on Student Statistics forms. Corresponds to the individuals rate / rank either at the time of data entry for a Class or at the time of the last formal Course entered in the system. View Persons Table (PRSN270). Displays data concurrent with the latest Navy Master extract update. Unit Identification Code (UIC): A five position numeric or alphanumeric code used to identify organization entities within the Department of the Navy. By use of this code, programming decisions can be related to organizational Units and to Commands, bureaus, and offices responsible for administering funds effecting those units. 4. 5. Fill in the entire form. First Name, Last Name, ad Middle Name must match your name exactly as it appears on your CAC as well as filling in the following fields: SSN PRD TITLE RANK UIC PHONE NUMBER EMAIL ADDRESS a) Choose WEB-Regular user for the Role, unless you are authorized Quota Control Authority or have another role that you have been trained for and have been given permission(s) to use. b) When you have completed the form, click the Submit Request and the following message will appear: REQUEST ACCESS SUCCESS The access request was successfully created. You will receive an email within 3 to 5 days with your USER ID and Password. 6.
