This may reinforce the effectiveness of providing spaces specifically for focus work. The top three spaces that Red Hatters currently use for focus work are the same spaces that they would prefer to use. Except for APAC, all regions cited their #1 reason to come into the office being impromptu face-to-face meetings. EMEA and LATAM both received the lowest overall WPI scores.
