Worked with consultants to develop the Weld County Transportation Impact Fee program, and successfully administered the program through collaboration with developers and landowners. Created and updated ordinances and regulations, many of these programs are currently in place. Coordinated land use planning with 32 municipalities, state, and local agencies. Developed and maintained Intergovernmental agreements with over twenty local governments resulting in the first regionally coordinated land use. Supervised building inspection for a 4,000 square mile jurisdiction resulting in 25,000 inspections per year. Managed Community Development and Planning for the Poudre and Saint Vrain Trails systems Current and Long Range Planner, August 1992-November 1995 Demonstrated sound land use principles and expertise.
