Better Balance Class Balance is a vital part of daily living, fall prevention and maintaining independence. It can be affected by muscle strength and endurance, as well as inner ear function and eye sight. If you have poor balance, the good news is that it can be improved through practicing balancespecific exercises. Regular exercise, such as a daily walk, can increase strength and coordination which can help maintain balance. If you aren t sure where to start, then let us help you. This spring we will be offering Better Balance, a new class designed to increase balance and reduce the risk of falls. This free class will include a simple balance test, balance and endurance exercises, along with some posture and stretching work.
