OPEN ACCESS FACILITIES INL FLAGSHIP USER FACILITIES: MICRO AND NANOFABRICATION ADVANCED ELECTRON MICROSCOPY, IMAGING & SPECTROSCOPY NANOPHOTONICS AND BIOIMAGING I. OPEN ACCESS TO EXTERNAL USERS (from Academia and Industry): Access to flagship facilities, infrastructures and systems and to microsystems and nanotechnology experts and their knowledge. II. SUPPORT throughout all research and development chain in: CLEANROOM PROCESSES (device modeling and design, process integration and device fabrication, packaging and testing) ADVANCED MICROSCOPY, SPECTROSCOPIC, IMAGING AND PHOTONIC TECHNIQUES. III. Competitive integration of different technologies and rapid prototyping. The heterogeneous set of techniques available under the same roof, allows to develop methods and devices with performances out of reach of a given, single technology.
