General Information Workshop Location This workshop will be conducted at Practical Anatomy & Surgical Education, 3839 Lindell Boulevard St. Louis, Missouri 63108-3413 Cancellation Policy Cancellations received three weeks prior to the course will be refunded, less a 10 percent processing fee. The conference is not responsible for travel expenses incurred. In the event the conference is cancelled, the tuition fee and flight transfer fee (original receipt required) are reimbursable.
