Guidelines for Paper Submission: The contributors must mention eir functional area in e subject line of e email. The paper should begin wi Title, auor(s), institutional address along wi email, abstract (not more an 300 words) and a list of keywords. The full leng paper should not be more an 5000 words. Fee includes conference kit, two breakfasts, two lunch, one gala dinner and accommodation. Complementary accommodation shall be provided on sharing basis in hotels, guest houses for ree days i.e. 29 st to 31 March, 2011.
