He scored 11 points, dished out 13 assists and grabbed 11 rebounds as the Vikings claimed their fifth consecutive tournament title and 12th in the 15-year history of the event. Cox added 9 assists in a 78-52 semifinal win versus Worcester State. Cox, who was one of three SSC players named to the All-MASCAC first team, averaged 12 assists and 8 rebounds in the two victories.
