PFAC members attended monthly manager's meetings in which they were updated on system goal progress and current system initiatives/projects. Many individuals visited PFAC meetings to present their progress to PFAC and ask for their feedback. PFAC members worked on various project throughout the medical center that related to the above data such as patient wait times and readmission/discharge.
