The Cmprehensive Career Plan must be recrded in High Schl and Beynd Plan (HSBP) and/r career explratin sftware such as WOIS, Career Bridge, Career Cruising, r Xell. A Cmprehensive Career Plan must include a career gal, career plan, and guided career explratin. 2. CCWA OTHER CAREER CONNECTED LEARNING (INDIVIDUALIZED). Career-cnnected learning activities that are based n assessments by a staff member f an individual's skills, educatin, r career bjectives. May include activities such as career preparatin wrkshps; extended jb shadws, STEM industry-based design challenges, Instructinal Wrksite Learning, and thers. Federal Measure: Yuth entering emplyment r pst-secndary educatin: Yuth entering emplyment r pst-secndary educatin, the state will need indicatr data until federal measures are available. Thrugh the life f this cntract, the state will pull data in the Outcmes, Prgram Cmpletin tuchpint data fr entered pst-secndary educatin and if they have becme emplyed.
